About Our CEO

With over 30 years in fintech, Ralph is a growth-focused leader passionate about scaling companies through innovation, go-to-market strategy, and customer success. He served as President and CEO of both public and private payments companies, delivering consistent revenue growth and creating significant shareholder value.

As CEO & Board Member of BlueSnap for 11 years, Ralph led the company through a decade of expansion—growing revenue from $5 million to over $200 million, scaling from 60 to 250 employees, and extending operations from 2 to 47 countries. Under his leadership, BlueSnap became a global leader in Payment Orchestration, processing more than $2.5 billion per month for Global Vertical SaaS, Embedded Payments, AP & AR and Merchants worldwide.

Previously, as President of ACI Worldwide, Ralph drove the company from $300 million to over $1 billion in revenue and expanded its global presence to 95 countries. Before that, as CEO of P&H Solutions, he pioneered internet banking for businesses, capturing 80% of the U.S. banking market before its successful sale to ACI.

He also served on the board of MineralTree, acquired by Global Payments for $500 million, and held leadership roles at Bancware and Bank of Boston.

Recognized among the Top 50 SaaS CEOs, a 5-time Inc. 5000 honoree, and a 2-time finalist for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year, Ralph is also a frequent industry speaker and advisor. He serves on the Advisory Board for Stonehill College and for 5 years served on the Board of the Electronic Transactions Association and as a Member of the Forbes Finance Council.

A Stonehill College graduate with a B.S in Economics, he is a keen philanthropist, routinely supporting multiple charities and scholarships. His hobbies include golf, tennis, travel and wine. His passion for wine led him to establish his own Patriot wine label.
